Plank Pose (Core)
Start with your feet and hands on the floor, about hip width apart.
Engage your core and hold. Remember to breathe.
High Plank: on your palms, arms are straight with a soft bend in the elbow.
Low Plank: on your forearms, arms are 90 degrees, hands can be flat or clasped in a fist.
