Hip Thrusts
Hip Thrusts (Glutes/Hams)
Use the Glute Drive machine or a barbell.
Strap yourself in tightly and unlock the machine by pushing your hips up.
Legs should be around 90 degrees, feet flat on the platform.
Flex your abs, and push up using your glutes & hamstrings to lift the weight up to straight.
Keep your chin slightly tucked to engage to the abdominals.
