Kneeling Hamstring Curls (Hams)
Unilateral movement (one side at a time)
Pick a comfortable weight that you can successfully complete 10 repititions with.
Kneel on the bench, using the back of your lower calf, push the weighted bar up, towards your glute.
Breathe out on the contraction & breathe in on the release.
