KB Deadlifts

Kettlebell Deadlifts (Hams/Glutes)

  • Standing directly over your KB, bend your knees and grab it with both hands.

  • Engage your lats by pulling your shoulders down and back.

  • Engage your core and pull up to standing, using the strength of your legs and glutes.

  • Release slowly and mindfully on the way down.
