Sumo Deadlifts
Sumo Deadlifts (Legs/Glutes)
You can use a barbell, smith machine, DB or KB.
Stand with your feet wider than hip width your knees and toes pointing out slightly.
Your knees should move in line with your big toes.
Take a deep breath in to brace your core, pull your lats & shoulder blades back.
Pull up to standing using your hamstrings & glutes.
Release slowly and mindfully on the way down.
