Sumo Deadlifts

Sumo Deadlifts (Legs/Glutes)

  • You can use a barbell, smith machine, DB or KB.

  • Stand with your feet wider than hip width your knees and toes pointing out slightly.

  • Your knees should move in line with your big toes.

  • Take a deep breath in to brace your core, pull your lats & shoulder blades back.

  • Pull up to standing using your hamstrings & glutes.

  • Release slowly and mindfully on the way down.
