Kneeling Hamstring Curls

Kneeling Hamstring Curls (Hams)

  • Unilateral movement (one side at a time)

  • Pick a comfortable weight that you can successfully complete 10 repititions with.

  • Kneel on the bench, using the back of your lower calf, push the weighted bar up, towards your glute.

  • Breathe out on the contraction & breathe in on the release.
